Staying high on the mountain offered incredible views of the lake and Pindos mountains. the room was clean and well presented with spacious bathroom facilities. the breakfast was satisfying with homemade options. the family owners were friendly, welcoming and provided information on nearby outdoor activities.
The owners seemed to be slightly reserved in renting the hotel out which made the atmosphere feel more formal than relaxed.

View from the room was beautiful. Staff were very friendly.
We were woken up by the dogs (belonging to the hotel) 3 times early in the morning. The hotel is quite far from Ioannina and the road to get to the hotel contains quite a few S bends. Nice location but the price is a bit expensive considering how far you are from the city.

Good view when the clouds lifted enough for us to see it.
Getting to the hotel is very difficult - virtually straight up a mountain with tiny road with very sharp bends. We had to have a worker at the hotel drive our car up the last part. No food served the night we were there which we were not told of when we checked in. It would have been a walk down the steep hill and, worse yet, back up again to eat at the nearest taverna. Had to make do with snacks we had with us. Had a room with a fireplace but no wood to make a fire which would have been welcome on a cold rainy night. Indifferent welcome. Greeted in the morning by the proprietor in his pajamas. He drove our car down past the first s bend but then we were left to ourselves to get the rest of the way down the frightening road.

We spent the weekend in a hotel overlooking the city and the lake. the view was amazing and the staff were very friendly. They offered us free games to play with and a homemade breakfast consisting of locally sourced ingredients. the location was perfect for exploring the area and we were able to park our car easily.
The drive up to the hotel was very steep and nerve-wracking. the hairpin turns were difficult to navigate and there wasn't much space to park at the top.

Stayed at a hotel in Ioannina with amazing views of the lake. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the city and also to nearby villages. The breakfast was delicious and homemade using local ingredients. The staff was very friendly and helpful with great hospitality. The rooms were comfortable, and we loved the new furniture and accessories. All in all, a perfect stay!
Honestly, we didn't find anything to dislike during our stay at this hotel. The road leading to the hotel was narrow but manageable, and we were even offered the option to park outside the hotel.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The views were stunning from our room high up in the mountains. The homemade breakfast made by the friendly staff was delicious, using only fresh and local ingredients. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities provided were top-notch. Additionally, the location to the Pindos mountains and the lake of Ioannina was very convenient and allowed us to explore the area easily.
Nothing to dislike.
